This comprehensive tool, analyzing over 150k products historically, provides unparalleled insights into the company's market presence and offers projections for future scalability.

Engineered an analysis mechanism to identify top performers in Amazon Custom market by their BSR (Best Seller Rank) values to understand the upcoming trends in the business.

Created the company’s first POS Sales Data Analysis tool from scratch using 8 different data sources and different data frames for internal sales results utilizing SAP Hana, VBA, R, MS Excel, Google Sheets and PowerBI.

Transformed inventory management by creating a cloud-based tool that reduced the dedicated time from 1 day to 15 minutes, which allowed our team to focus more on Agile processes and enabled at least 20% more sales due to proper automated inventory and time allocation.

The project streamlined the compensation process for designers customizing products sold on Amazon Seller Central. Each product, identified by its SKU, had a distinct customization pattern (which can also be determined by the customer) and an associated time estimate for completion. Through OrderDesk, both Amazon accounts were integrated to automatically retrieve and distribute upcoming orders to dedicated folders for each of the 20+ team members, based on the product's SKU and the estimated customization time.
